Here’s what you need to know:

✍️ All subscribers receive a set number of free or discounted entries per year, based on their tier.

🏆 While entries increase your chances of winning or being featured, publication and prizes are never guaranteed.

🖋️ Editorial decisions are based on the strength and resonance of the work — not on payment.

📣 Subscribers may be considered for social media spotlights, website features, and inclusion in our annual anthology.

🎁 Occasional perks (like merch, invites, and thank-you gifts) are included where noted, and may vary each year.

Ink, Fire & Rebellion is a publishing house and creative platform that amplifies fierce, underrepresented voices. By submitting your work, subscribing, or participating in any challenge, you agree to the following terms:

All submissions must be emailed to: submissions@inkfirerebellion.com

Subject lines must follow this format:
“Entry for Challenge #1,” “Entry for Challenge #2,” and so on.
This helps our team track submissions fairly.
Please don’t get creative here — save it for the poem.

⚖️ Terms & Legal Boundaries

You are entering this platform voluntarily. Submission implies full agreement with our terms and operational policies.

By submitting your work to Ink, Fire & Rebellion, you grant us the non-exclusive right to use your name, likeness, and submitted poem(s) to promote your feature, your win, and your association with our platform across our website, social media, newsletters, and print materials.

If your work is selected for our annual print anthology, you grant us irrevocable permission to publish it. Submission constitutes full, non-exclusive consent to include your work in the anthology if chosen. No additional agreement will be signed.

All rights to your poem remain yours. We do not claim ownership. You are free to publish your work elsewhere. However, you cannot withdraw your poem from the anthology once it is selected as a winning or featured entry.

If any public conduct, hate speech, or behavior arises after selection that conflicts with our mission or values, we reserve the right to remove your feature and end all promotional association — without compensation or obligation.

While Ink, Fire & Rebellion welcomes community, collaboration, and shared creative purpose, we are not a legal collective or cooperative entity. Submitting work, subscribing, or participating in any of our contests does not entitle participants to ownership, royalties, voting rights, or financial profit-sharing in the platform, its publications, or associated products (including anthologies, merchandise, or events).

💰 Financial Terms

Subscribing to Ink, Fire & Rebellion does not entitle you to royalties, equity, ownership, or revenue sharing of any kind. This is not a cooperative, not a royalty-splitting platform, and not a collective publishing agreement.

The only financial compensation available is through clearly defined contest prizes, awarded solely by editorial and merit-based selection.

We do not offer retroactive payments, anthology royalties, or compensation for winning or non-winning entries included in the anthology, featured online, or promoted across our platforms.

Featured and published writers receive visibility, amplification, and recognition — not monetary payments (unless explicitly stated as a prize).
